Strengthen your home through Qur’anic wisdom, Prophetic stories, and meaningful reflection on relationships, communication, and emotional well-being.

Each session draws from the Qur’an and the Seerah to explore family life as modeled by the Prophet ﷺ—his mercy, emotional presence, patience, and care within the home—while connecting those lessons to the real challenges families face today.

Sessions are guided by Muslim counselors, offering thoughtful, faith-centered discussion in a welcoming and non-judgmental space.

Open to anyone interested in nurturing healthier homes and stronger relationships through an Islamic lens.

Kids are always welcome! An adjacent kids program is available on Saturday nights:
